For founders and small teams

I build AI products that keep working after the demo.

I'm an applied AI engineer and I build the whole stack myself, from the first version through approval steps, retries, logging and handover.

30 minutes. We talk through what you're building, the timeline and how we'd work together.

Who I work with

  • Founders who need a first version built end to end and handed over.
  • Small teams with a manual workflow they want automated, with a person still approving the steps that matter.
  • Teams whose AI feature is already in production and needs guardrails, logging and a review step.

Ways to work together

  • Ship a focused product

A first release scoped to what you need now. I build the frontend, backend and AI parts, then hand it over to your team.

  • Automate a workflow

A manual process turned into a pipeline that runs on its own and stops for review wherever a mistake would be expensive.

  • Make the technical call

A short engagement to scope the system, name the risks and plan delivery before you commit to a build.

  • Join your team

I work as an embedded engineer and own a part of your product end to end.

How I work

  1. Understand

Learn the workflow and find where it breaks today.

  2. Design

Choose the architecture and decide where a person stays in the loop.

  3. Build and hand over

Ship in small working pieces and hand over code your team can run.

  4. Improve

Watch how it behaves with real use and fix what that shows.

Recent work

  • Conductor screenshot

Agencies lost pipeline runs to silent failures and handled approvals in spreadsheets and Slack.

    • Every pipeline runs as a durable workflow, with approval as a real step in it.
    • Runs survive a worker crash, pause for approval and resume in under 2 seconds.
  • Outloud screenshot

Developers want to post about what they ship, but writing it up is a chore.

    • The context comes straight from the coding session through a remote MCP server.
    • A live product that drafts posts in under 30 seconds and, by default, publishes nothing without your review.
  • Most support tickets were about the customer's own account and were answered by hand.

    • The assistant sits inside the product, where it can read the signed in customer's account.
    • It answers first, asks the customer to confirm any change, and hands off to a person when it shouldn't act.

Questions

Will I own everything you build?

Yes. The code is yours. I build it in your repository and your cloud accounts, so you never depend on me to keep it running or to get it back.

How much will it cost and how long will it take?

I scope it after we talk, so the number matches the work. I work on my own, so the price covers the build with no account managers or layers of process on top. I start with the smallest useful first release and ship in small working pieces, so you see progress early and can change direction.

Will it still work after the demo?

That's the part I focus on. In Conductor, runs survive a worker crash and resume in under 2 seconds. In the support agent, the pipeline, the tool layer and the confirm step each have automated tests, and a double click cannot run an action twice.

Can the AI make mistakes or act without asking?

It can make mistakes, so I design for that. I decide where a person stays in the loop and put an approval step wherever a mistake would be expensive. Outloud publishes nothing without your review by default. The support agent asks the customer to confirm any change, and when a run fails the customer gets a handoff notice instead of silence.

Does my problem even need AI?

Not always. If a simpler tool solves it, I'll tell you and we'll use that instead. The "Make the technical call" engagement exists for this: we scope the system, name the risks and plan delivery before you commit to a build.

Most of the work in an AI product happens after the demo. That's the part I like building.
